We use a variety of techniques: interviews with key personnel, observation, document review, supplier/customer discussions, and statistical data and risk analysis. Each situation is somewhat different and we will discuss with you our proposed work plan to ensure that the entire team - yours and ours is working toward the same expectations.

Other than our own consulting services, we do not sell or represent other potential vendors of technology. If we make a suggestion of a technology or an improvement it will always be on the basis of good business judgement and we will explain our reasoning and alternatives if you prefer.
